In this deeper dive discussion, participants will explore their personal hierarchy of natural leadership traits and how to evaluate the diversity of their current Leadership Ecosystem to best maximize their team’s effectiveness. Various orchid varieties will be on display and will serve as inspirational visual aids for discussion and advanced understanding.
ROOM 153 - Powerful We: The Importance of Male Engagement in the Movement: Eric Bailey, President, Bailey Strategic Innovation Group
Eric Bailey has been an advocate for the Arizona Women Leading Government movement since the beginning, and over the past two years, he has heard myriad responses to his being a male in an active role with AZ WLG. In this break-out session, we will explore the fundamental reason that men need to be a part of the WLG movement and common barriers and misconceptions that prevent some people from entering the conversation. We will learn how to use our voice to be an example for inclusion.

Interested in sharing your perspective and learning from others around you about current dialogue surrounding workplace harassment and gender inequality issues? Then this is the session for you. This session will be highly interactive and based primarily off of attendee-participation. Facilitators will have some key questions to get the dialogue going, but attendees will take it from there!
